Writer, director and producer Nicci Gilbert-Daniels is an entertainment industry veteran with over 2 decades in the business. As the lead singer and songwriter for Brownstone, the accomplished songbird sold millions records worldwide and was nominated for a Grammy Award. Hailing from the talent-filled Motor City, Detroit Gilbert had ambitions from early on to pursue a career in entertainment. She has guest starred in films such as “Living Out Loud” with Queen Latifah and “Woo” starring Jada Pinkett. She also enjoyed appearances on TV shows such as “Martin”, “Living Single” and “Sister Sister” and most recently “R&B Divas Atlanta”.
Nicci was awarded a musical theater scholarship from Eastern Michigan University, additionally her tutelage comes from the best in the business including Tyler Perry, Michael Jackson and Queen Latifah. She is just as passionate about producing new content as she is about starring in it. In 2012 Nicci created the hit reality series, “R&B Divas Atlanta”, which broke records as the highest rated series in the TV One network’s history. Following its success, TV One quickly green lit “R&B Divas LA”, which also broke network records as the highest rated series.
While she remains creator and executive producer, Nicci gracefully exited the series as a cast member to focus on producing and creating more riveting and empowering content through her production company NoEgo. Nicci is currently in development on several new projects and has enjoyed the recent premiere of her new BET/Centric series “From the Bottom Up”. The docu-series was produced in partnership with Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit. The ambitious mogul in the making has also a TV series in development with fellow superstars Keke Wyatt and Faith Evans and her first scripted series; Curtains, a sequel to her musical Soul Kittens Cabaret.
The outspoken entrepreneur has also become a pundit for top networks like HLN, CNN and Public Speaker often called upon for her honest and straightforward commentary on the latest hot topics.
Growing up in a single parent household with 2 sisters, Nicci learned early on the importance of sisterhood. She has remained actively involved in organizations that support women and girls such as The Center for Black Women’s Wellness, Beyond The Game, Sisters of Today & Tomorrow and Egypt Cares. Nicci believes that if we talk the talk, we have to walk the walk. She also believes that we are wasting space on the planet if we are not giving back in some capacity, no matter how big or small. Mrs. Gilbert’s most recent advocacy is the issue empowerment of minority women and girls through the establishment of From the Bottom Up Foundation as well as Women and Girls in Crisis, in honor of her Brownstone bandmate Charmayne “Maxee” Maxwell.
In June 2012, Nicci launched her plus size clothing line Curvato during New York’s Full Figured Fashion Week. Curvato received rave reviews from Essence, Marie Claire, Plus Model magazines and others. The bold fashionista is expanding Curvato in 2016 by launching Curvatolifestyle.com inspiring curvy women and girls to live a fashionable, happy, healthy and curvy lifestyle.

Veronica Biggins is the Managing Partner of the Atlanta office of Diversified Search and Chairs the Board Practice. Veronica has over 15 years of experience as a Senior Partner in executive search.
Veronica previously served as Assistant to the President of the United States and Director of Presidential Personnel under William Jefferson Clinton. She was responsible for selecting and hiring all political appointees within the federal government. In this role, she worked directly with the President on appointments at all levels of the administration, including the placement of agency heads, ambassadors and members of presidential boards and commissions. Veronica served as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Delegation to the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing. When she retired as Chairman of the Czech Slovak American Enterprise Fund, Veronica received a Points of Light award from President George Walker Bush for her leadership of the Fund.
Veronica’s background includes 20 years’ experience with NationsBank (now Bank of America) and its predecessor, The Citizens and Southern National Bank. Prior to joining the White House, Veronica was one of the highest ranking women in the banking industry, serving as Executive Vice President for Human Resources for the bank.
Veronica serves on the Avnet, Inc. and Southwest Airlines Board of Directors. She was recognized by the Board of Directors Network (BDN) for her advocacy of women on corporate boards. Veronica is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Council, and was recently recognized by the NACD as one of the Top 100 Directors for 2015.

Growing up in an environment of domestic violence and having to endure physical abuse from a boyfriend starting at age 14, Alma G. Davis, a world-renowned entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and visionary felt it only right at the height of her success to reach back and grab those who were pushing their way forward through domestic violence abuse. Emergent as a leader in the hearts of many through her desire and dedication to serving women and youth, Ms. Davis believes in the “E2C” philosophy of educating, empowering and celebrating domestic violence survivors.
Through her foundation, participants are offered continuous, year-round programming providing them with opportunities to attain employment and work maturity skills, financial security, and gain the necessary resources to transition to lives of independence. Most recently, Ms. Davis’ work and expertise was acknowledged as she was selected to attend the “United State of Women” White House Summit. Additionally, she was a finalist for the 2016 Presidential Leadership Scholars Program and received a special invitation to the White House to give guidance on Violence against Women and discuss continued strategies to combat domestic violence.
Ms. Davis’ credentials reach beyond the boundaries of the United States, as she has participated in four humanitarian trips to Ghana, Africa delivering advocacy care to over 40,000 people. A native of Albany, GA, Ms. Davis received certiﬁcation as a Victims Advocate and Crisis Interventionist from the University of Georgia. She also received her MS in Management from Troy State University and a BS in Computer Science from Albany State University.

Felicia Phillips, is a 20+ year veteran entrepreneur and International Business Coach teaching female entrepreneurs how to use their power of influence and expertise to attract clients, increase their cash flow and expand their businesses. Erika Barnes Ford has been active in a wide variety of community and political affairs for nearly two decades – working with emphasis on quality of life issues in the City of Atlanta and its surrounding areas. A mother of two, Logan 27 and Cameron 26, she has devoted her life to family and community.
A native of Port Arthur, Texas, Erika has resided in the Atlanta metropolitan area for nearly 20 years.
Erika is an active member of multiple civic, social and community organizations. Serving on more than a dozen boards, in varying capacities, she is humbly the recipient of several awards and honors.
As an entrepreneur, Erika successfully operated Southern Masonry & Construction Services, Inc. - a commercial masonry installation business based in Columbia, Maryland. She presently operates both Atlanta Masonry Works, LLC - another commercial masonry firm - and Southern Marketing & Business Consultants d/b/a/ Southern Solutions - a consultancy firm which focuses on project management and political consultancy services.
A Woodruff Scholar Graduate of Agnes Scott College, of Decatur, GA, Erika has continued her formal education presently enrolled at Troy State University – Master of Public Administration Program, Non-Profit Management concentration.
In the early1990’s Erika served as a volunteer coordinator for the State of Georgia Al Scott for Labor Commissioner Campaign; Community Relations Director for Atlanta City Councilmember Michael Julian Bond; and Correspondence Secretary for Lt. Governor Pierre Howard.
Erika is presently serving as the Chief of Staff and Community Relations Director for Atlanta City Council Member Mary Norwood - Post 2 At Large City Wide. Erika also served as Deputy Campaign Manager during the Norwood Mayoral race in 2009, Campaign Manager for Norwood for Fulton County 2010 and Campaign Manager of Norwood’s re-election campaign in 2013. As an adjunct to that position, Erika is a special advisor to both the Senior Transportation Options for the Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) Advisory Committee and the Renew Atlanta Infrastructure Bond Oversight Advisory Committee.
In her role as a Project Manager, Erika is presently working on of the American Librarian Association (ALA) Black Caucus 2017 Convention Planning Committee; The Historic English Avenue Campus School Redevelopment $10 Million Dollar Fundraising Drive; and the annual “May with Mary”: Atlanta Park Tour Series, a 12 Park city-wide community outreach event.
Television icon and true Renaissance woman of the entertainment industry, Kim Fields is an accomplished actress, director, producer and writer. Her work spans decades, and transcends both genres and mediums to create quality entertainment.
As an actress, Fields is best known for her starring roles in two landmark shows: Living Single and The Facts Of Life. Fields has also appeared in many other film and television projects, including HBO's The Comeback, TBS's Meet the Browns, Lifetime's The Division and Strong Medicine, and A&E's The Cleaner. Additional roles include the television movie A Cross to Bear, the film What to Expect When You're Expecting and Hallmark Channel's For Better or for Worse. Fields also starred in her third Holiday Love Christmas special, which she also produced, co-wrote and directed. The special aired on TV-One.
Fields recently added the reality tv genre to her resume, as she joined the cast of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta (2015) and ABC’s Dancing With the Stars (2016).
Highly regarded for her work behind the camera, Fields has directed hundreds of episodes of television programs, including TV One's The Rickey Smiley Show, Nickelodeon's Kenan & Kel, FOX's Living Single and BET's Let's Stay Together. She also directed two of Tyler Perry's TBS series: Meet the Browns and House of Payne. Additionally, she was awarded the honor of Director of the Year by the Black American Cinema Society for her work on the short film Silent Bomb.

As president and CEO of Noble Insight, Inc., La Detra has over twenty years experience in leading marketing, public education and research initiatives around the world. In her career, she has served as director of marketing for Fortune 100 companies managing teams and revenue in excess of 5 billion dollars.
Besides being selected as the marketing general contractor with the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority in 2002, Noble Insight is also subcontracting on the highly visible SRTA HOT (High Occupancy Toll) project ($157 million) as a subcontractor leading the strategy, research, public outreach, community outreach and media relations, including a retail launch component (2008).
Noble Insight has commanded a lead communications role for the HOV to HOT conversion project in GA as well for LA METRO. Involvement with this HOT Project has led to interactions with various transportation agencies across the United States and several industry speaking engagements as a tolling subject matter expert.
Noble Insight is also working with Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) in Virginia on research and communication efforts for the Dulles Tollway. This contract is under the leadership of Jacobs Engineering. La Detra’s most recent task included analysis in non toll revenue generating methods.
In 2006, Noble Insight was selected as the general marketing contractor working on an extensive transportation communications initiative for Virginia Department of Transportation over several years. In a role as prime contractor in charge of marketing, strategy and research, the contract has also included extensive consultancy work with their much anticipated and broadly publicized Value Pricing Initiative.
Noble Insight is minority and female owned and is certified as such in the states of Georgia, Maryland, Minnesota, Virginia and North Carolina, California, Metro Washington Airports Authority to date.
Other non-transportation consulting work includes or has included; Allstate Insurance Company, ADT Security, Bank of America, Procter & Gamble and many others.

La Detra received a MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A from Howard University. She is experienced nationwide as a professional trainer and program strategist. She served on the Atlanta Children’s Board 2002 - 2008 and DeKalb Prepatory Academy board beginning in 2008. She is very active as a school volunteer.
As president and CEO of Noble Insight, Inc, La Detra is a certified speaker and trainer and she has worked both domestic and internationally in coaching, facilitation and training. She was also chosen by the Georgia Governor’s Small Business Center as a RISING STAR, Noble Insight brings 18 years of strategic experience.
Aaliyah Rucker’s angelic heart of gold since the age of four has naturally afforded her the opportunity to share and care for others. Aaliyah is the CEO and Founder of A Touch of Warmth.
A Touch of Warmth is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been devoted to providing care, comfort, blankets and other goods to those in need since 2007. Aaliyah has hosted an annual blanket drive for the last four years that has collected and distributed over 10,000 blankets to give to homeless and needy individuals and organizations in the community.
An honor roll student since kindergarten, Aaliyah has received countless academic honors including being recognized by her principle and teachers as the 6th grade Student of the Year for the 2014-2015 school year. She was awarded Player of the month by APIVOE and Zaxby’s in May 2016. In 2015, Aaliyah was named philanthropist of the year by Tween Style. Aaliyah has also graced the stage in several pageants and is the former Little Miss Cobb County. Her other accomplishments include being honored as the 2014 Dove Award recipient by Zeta Phi Beta Greek organization. As if that isn’t enough selfless hours for a young, gifted Philanthropist, CEO and Founder she has also been recipient of The Young Black and Giving Award presented by Black Celebrity Giving in 2014.

Treya Tolbert, CEO of USA-Caravans and Trailer International, epitomizes success. Inrock-star style, she has rapidly become a dominant force in the international RV/trailerworld, with her finger its pulse. After a messy divorce that would have destroyed many,
she made a fresh start for herself in America. Blending in-depth knowledge of the RVbusiness, experience as a successful executive manager in catering, and a comprehensive education in commerce and international business, she created success for herself and her two sons.
